- Only registered students and guests are allowed to attend. Each graduating student is allowed to bring two guests on convocation day, based on the details already provided by the students on the convocation portal.
- Seating will begin at 08:00 am on Convocation day. Graduating Students and their Parents should all be seated 30 minutes before the ceremony start time to ensure a smooth and timely event. Later comers will not be allowed to enter in the campus and venue.
- Convocation Invitation Entry Cards have already been uploaded on the Convocation Portal. On Convocation Day, access to the campus and the convocation venue for graduating students and their guests will require these Entry Cards. Please ensure you bring a printed copy of your Convocation Invitation Card, along with a valid photo ID (National Identity Card) for both yourself and your guests.
- Participating Graduates and their guests are required to use Gate # 3 (LDA Avenue -1) for smooth entry into the campus on rehearsal and convocation day. Vehicles shall be parked in assigned parking area (Student Parking near to gate number 03).
- Upon arrival at the campus on convocation day, graduating students and their guests must visit the registration desks (located at the student parking area near Gate No. 03) for verification of their invitation cards. Kindly cooperate with the concerned officials, proctors, and security staff.
- Students are required to dress formally and wear a convocation gown, cap, and shoulder hood.
- Convocation Ceremony requires complete decorum. Graduating students and their Guests are requested to switch off their mobile phones before entering the Convocation Venue so that it doesn't cause inconvenience during the event.
The following items are prohibited during the ceremony: Camera, Whistles, Bottled water or any Bottled Liquids, any kind of weapon, Knife, Sharp objects, Edibles, Cigarettes, and electronic cigarettes.
