Convocation Rehearsal
Rehearsal Requirement: All students must attend for familiarization with the event's key steps. Date Time and Location: The convocation rehearsal will take place at the Pindal, Football Ground on the CUI Lahore Campus on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, at 2:00 pm. Group Photo: A photo with faculty members will be taken on rehearsal day. Dress Code: Full dress rehearsal with cap and gown. Gowns will be issued starting from Monday, 25th November 2024 at the Conference Room, A-Block. Guests: Guests are NOT allowed on rehearsal day.
Convocation Day Details
Guest Allowance:	Each graduating student can bring two guests based on the details provided on the convocation portal.
Invitation Cards:	Convocation Invitation Entry Cards will be available for download from the Convocation Portal starting November 20, 2024. A printed copy of the invitation card and valid photo ID are required for entry.
Access:	Graduates and their guests must use Gate # 3 (LDA Avenue -1) for smooth entry. Vehicles should be parked in the assigned student parking near Gate # 03.
Verification:	Upon arrival, visit the registration desks near Gate # 03 for verification of invitation cards.
Dress Code:	Graduates must wear formal attire along with the convocation gown, cap, and shoulder hood.
